pallet turning device
general

The Pallet Turning Device is designed to take partly unpacked pallets off the rack, turn them by 180° and then put them back on the rack. The rear half of the pallet still stacked with goods is thus turned toward the order picker who is then able to reach the articles much more easily. The result is a substantial improvement in the order picker’s working conditions.

During normal picking work, the goods are taken from the front end of the pallet with the result that the stacks and rows begin to look like steps over time. Pickers are then forced to stoop down, or even climb in, when they have to reach deep into the rack.

This unhealthy posture can be prevented by using the Pallet Turning Device to ensure that the goods are always easily reachable from the front of the rack
